Initial telephone screening interview made by our Talent Acquisition Partner
Approximately 30 min
Interview with hiring manager and one or two colleagues from the department from the team you will be working in
Approximately 1 hour
At this interview, we will ask you to unfold your great skills and ways of thinking by solving a case that is relevant to your area of work
Approximately 1 hour 15 min
We use a widely recognized set of tests for all candidates. The results form the basis for a dialogue about your strengths, motivation and values
Completing online tests: 1 h 40 min
You will meet at least one of our founders for a final interview and mutual introduction
Approximately 30 min to 1 hour
The final step is a joint assessment meeting by everyone who was a part of the interview process. We’ll call you as soon as possible after this meeting to give you feedback on the final decision
