Avallone, a Copenhagen based software company focused on KYC and compliance workflows, announces that it is simplifying its brand name from Avallone.io to Avallone.

Avallone, a Copenhagen based software company focused on KYC and compliance workflows, today announced that it is simplifying its brand name from Avallone.io to Avallone.
The legal entity Avallone ApS remains unchanged. The rebrand concerns how the company is presented externally across digital channels, including its website, product, and social media presence such as LinkedIn.
“The ‘.io’ suffix was useful in our early days to signal that we are a technology company,” said CEO Anders Meinert Jørgensen. “As we have grown, our customers, partners and employees naturally refer to us simply as ‘Avallone’. This update aligns our public brand with how the market already knows us.”
The change to Avallone reflects three main objectives:
Clarity and simplicity
• Shortening the name to Avallone makes it easier to recognize, remember and reference in conversations, documents and media coverage.
Consistency across channels
• The company is unifying its brand naming across its website, product, customer communications and social platforms, where “Avallone” is already the dominant usage.
Long term brand positioning
• As Avallone expands into new markets and products, operating under a clean, domain independent name provides more flexibility for future growth.No changes are being made to the company’s ownership structure, CVR number, or legal entity. All existing contracts, invoices and legal agreements with Avallone ApS remain fully valid and in force.

• Legal entity name: Avallone ApS (Note that ApS is an abbreviation used for Danish private limited liability companies: “Anpartsselskab” and is not part of Avallone's "name".)
• Business registration number / CVR number / VAT: 41146567
• Previous external brand usage: Avallone.io
• New external brand usage: Avallone at Avallone.com
Note: Customers and partners do not need to take any action. Email addresses and domains that include “avallone.io” will continue to function during a transition period, and will gradually be aligned with the Avallone brand.
